3 Star Best Companies Awards 2009
In the 2009 Best Companies Awards Jenrick competed against 795 other companies, of all sizes and spanning an array of industry sectors, to achieve this award, with just 55 achieving the top accolade of 3 Stars - view Jenrick's profile here.
As we have briefly mentioned, what is quite unique about the accreditation is that the ratings have been compiled in a way which enables all companies, regardless of size, to compete on a level plain-field. Therefore, the final scores truly reflect which companies are the very best to work for.
In Jenrick's first year (2007) of the awards our score was 756.9, to be followed by a 2008 score of 791.2.
2009 was even higher at 799.9!
This year’s final results table will be made available from April, however from the feedback we have already received from Best Companies, we believe that we have done equally as well if not better, in comparsion to the other companies that entered the Best Companies Accreditation.
Julie Alton and Philip Fanthom represented The Jenrick Group at this years awards and both were impressed with the variety of presentations and especially the guest speakers.

It rates companies equally across eight key factors within the workplace: Leadership, My Company, Personal Growth, My Manager, My Team, Giving Something Back, Fair Deal and Wellbeing.
