Wellbeing Policy Statement

The Jenrick Group, and all other companies within Simon Holdings Plc, have committed to the following policy statement for wellbeing within the workplace:

"The Jenrick Group, and all other companies within Simon Holdings Plc, is committed to the long-term health and wellbeing of its staff, in order to develop a healthy and empowered workforce that produces high quality work, copes well with pressure, and works in partnership with the organisation to achieve common goals.

The company protects and promotes employees health and wellbeing ensuring that national legislation is adhered to wherever applicable.

In addition, the company constantly strive to encourage feedback from our staff, through online and offline feedback methods, in order enable their opinions to shape and improve the company in which they work and contribute to the success of."

Our company is currently updating our Wellness Policy Document, which will be uploaded to the website upon completion.
