Background:
A UK Manufacturing Company based in Camberley were recently seeking an additional member of staff to join their existing team to fill a Project Engineer job role they had available.
Initially, they searched for candidates internally but with no success.
After about a month and a half of contacting two other recruitment agencies and receiving no possible candidates for the Project Engineer job role, they turned to the Jenrick Engineering recruitment agency.
