Background:
The client grow and manufacture salads and is located in West Sussex, they have 2 other sites.
Jenrick Engineering started working with this client in December 2008 and Wesley Nichols (Account Manager) has successfully placed an Agricultural Maintenance Engineer with the company.
The client was interested in Jenrick Engineering’s service due to Wesley successfully supplying their sister company.
Wesley visited the site to meet both HR and also the Engineering Manager to gain a complete understanding of their recruitment process, skill requirements and soft-skill / culture needs.
This specific role was very difficult to fill due to the limited number of engineers with the specific agricultural experience required for the position.
Although the role was open to a number of specialist agencies Jenrick Engineering supplied two quality CV's in a short timeframe, both of which were interviewed, with one of the candidates being offered (and accepting) the position.
