Assa Abloy – Customer Service Advisor - January 2008

Background:

Jane has recently placed a Customer Service Advisor at Assa Abloy, a worldwide leading manufacturer of locking and door opening solutions.

Jane has worked with Assa Abloy for approximately a year and has also successfully placed a Sales Support Manager and a Business Improvement Consultant.

The current Head of HR had worked with Jane and Jenrick Engineering through her previous company and prior to being promoted to Head of HR, had contacted Jane to source candidates for Assa Abloy.

Steve, an Engineering graduate was seeking a position which would allow him to use his technical skill and knowledge, but ideally wanted an office based role where he could interact with customers and be part of a team, and get away from a hands on, bench role.
