Background

Lee Burton recently received a glowing reference from Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement at an Automotive Engineering Company, via Linked IN.

It was regarding the two recent roles which Lee had successfully recruited for, both of which were Quality Engineers.

The first role was confidential and as such the client took advantage of Jenrick's offer of conducting all interviews off-site at the Jenrick Engineering Offices. The interviews were conducted jointly between Lee and the Client, which gave both parties the opportunity to develop a great understanding about one another's recruitment processes and each other's companies.

This approach was highly successful as the Client was able to gain his first choice of candidate plus reduce the time required to recruit for the role by at least 50%.

Following the success of this first role Lee was asked to recruit a second Quality Engineer. On this occasion, due to the trust and understanding that had been established between Lee and the Client Lee was given total responsibility with the recruitment process. Lee identified two highly suitable candidates, sent both for an interview and one was immediately offered the role, without the need for a second interview.

Once again, the time required to complete the entire recruitment process was halved, due to the excellent levels of trust and understanding between Lee and the Client.
