Head of Engineering placed at Automotive Company - Aug 2010

 

Background


Lee Burton recently placed a candidate as Head of Engineering at an automotive component manufacturing facility producing Body-in-White (BIW) components and sunroof assemblies.  

The candidate was recently made redundant by NSK and it was through this company he knew Karen Stilgoe from Jenrick Engineering which prompted him to get in touch with Jenrick. Having previously had no joy from other recruitment agencies he was very impressed with Lee’s approach at Jenrick who endeavoured to find him a position within 2 months.

For the candidates final stage interview he needed to prepare a presentation and as Japanese was his first language, preparing for it was a struggle.  However Lee from Jenrick was immediately on hand to help the candidate compile the presentation, for him then to successfully get the job.
