I joined Jenrick in April 2005 after an introduction from Mike Baker, who spoke so highly of the company.
Within five minutes of my first interview commencing I could see a ‘culture-fit’ – it was obvious that Jenrick had very similar values to myself (a quality and customer-orientated approach).
Since I’ve been here my opinion of the company has only further improved, mostly because I am given the trust and freedom to do my job – yet, I have the support of colleagues and management at every step of the way.
We work to achieve results, and by results I mean to deliver an excellent service to our customers. Yet we still keep the atmosphere fun and friendly (as you can see from our website!) – and I hope this comes over to our customers.
