Background:

DHL has a 24/7 logistics and distribution centre based in Crick Northamptonshire. The primary focus of the site is to manage, co-ordinate and ultimately distribute all of frozen produce for every Tesco store within the UK – all within a specific working environment of -27 degrees.

 

Their site at Crick has a total staff 200, including 14 specialist engineering staff, supported by 6 assistant technicians.

 

Jenrick Engineering has worked closely with DHL to aid them with a site staffing restructure, and have sourced and provided the site:
