Background:
Leading international food maufacturer based in Kent and employ approx 200 staff on site. They have factories in 10 countries.
Jenrick Engineering has been working with them since April 2008 when Wesley (Account Manager) contacted them. Wesley has successfully placed both permanent and contract staff. The contractors have enabled projects to continue whilst Wesley has worked to recruit permanent team members.
The client has recently completed an extension on the site. Wesley has placed an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer plus several Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to support this expansion.
Wesley has developed his relationship with his contact in Human Resources and now also works directly with the Maintenance Manager.
No other agencies are able to work direct with the line manager and this has enabled Wesley to turn decisions around faster and provide Michael with direct feedback from candidates.
The Maintenance Manager now trusts Wesley’s recommendations in terms of which candidates to interview and he has also enabled Wesley to place two contrators on site, without interview as he feels confident in Wesley’s knowledge of the company and their requirements.
Wesley visited the site on to meet with the Maintenance Manager and HR face to face plus to see the site to help him to further his knowledge of the company and the positions they are currently recruiting.
