Cadbury - 2009

Background:

Sheffield based Cadbury (employing 700 staff at the site) is one of the most famous confectionary brand names across the globe and one of the largest producers and sweets and related products within the UK. They also have factories in Europe & Australia.

The (Permanent) Electrical Maintenance Engineer within the Mint Engineering team was Jenrick’s first ever role with Cadbury, and the client was so impressed with Leanne Thornewill (Account Manager) and the approach of Jenrick, that they provided the testimonial below.

Prior to contact with Jenrick, Cadbury’s had become increasingly frustrated with the poor quality of CV’s that had been received for the role from other recruitment agencies.

Leanne firstly visited the client on site to obtain a full and detailed job specification and also to understand the type of personality to fit that would be required in order for the new member of staff to blend effectively with the existing team.
