Production Supervisor /Barking/ Greater London/£22K
We are actively recruiting for a Production Supervisor who has experience and knowledge working within a demanding food environment.
The Production supervisor will be responsible for a team of operators and production staff.
The ideal candidate will need a proven background in a production environment, ideally with production supervisor experience and excellent communication skills as you will need to coach and communicate to your team and other departments.
Production supervisor key requirements and responsibilities:
Production line experience
Production process experience
Critical control points knowledge
Motivate and manage production line team
Managing KPI's
Supervisory experience
Hands on approach
Lead and comply with Health and Safety Procedures
Deliver weekly production plans
Good man management skills
HACCP trained
Carry out regular training meetings
Maintain required standard of colleague control and discipline as detailed in the company discipline and grievance procedures.
Record machine downtime
Stock Control, preferably experience of warehouse management systems
Team player
Good attention to detail
Basic Food Hygiene Certificates
PC Literate
