Job Description

The role as Maintenance Planner is to be part of a forward thinking, forward planning company who is looking to make some new exciting changes on site. The role based in Birmingham offers a salary of £28k - £32k, full sick pay, share scheme, 25 days holiday + stats and final salary pension scheme.

The Person
The suitable candidate must have the following skills and be able to demonstrate their application with past experience within previous job role's this does not have to be from purely an FMCG environment.
- Must be experience within a Maintenance Planning Environment
- Must have previous Planning Experience
- Must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successes within a relevant role
- Ability to liaise and work with Production
- Strong man management skills
- Demonstrate a proven track record of route cause analysis
- Knowledge of equipment reliability
- Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
The role
You are required to plan all maintenance work for the whole site from Facilities to Production (PPM & Corrective) using all resources, based on site priority and agreed maintenance and planning processes.
