Job Description:
An excellent opportunity for a Engineering Team Leader / Supervisor within a fmcg environment working on a continental shift pattern with an excellent salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits.
As the Engineering Team Leader / Supervisor you are required to demonstrate the ability to lead and direct a team of maintenance engineers and carry out hands on maintenance to ensure the plant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key skills for Engineering Team Leader / Supervisor
* Motivate, develop and manage a team of engineers
* "hands on" engineering mechanical and electrical
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety
* Knowledge of PLC's is advantageous i.e. Siemens preferable
* Conduct Risk Assessments
* Optimise machine availability
* Manage shift activities
* Improve KPIs
* Involved in Continuous Improvements and a range of projects
You will have proven experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor with excellent "hands on" maintenance experience along with HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
