Job Description:
Position: Maintenance Engineer / Shift Engineer
Skills: Electrical fault finding, production machinery, AC/DC motors, fast paced environment, planned preventative maintenance, breakdowns
Location: Bournemouth, Weymouth, Blandford Forum, Poole
Hours: 4 shift rotating pattern of
Monday to Friday 0600- 1400
Monday to Friday 1400-2200
Monday to Friday 2200-0600
Monday 0600-1400, Friday 0800-1600, Saturday 0600-1600 and Sunday 0600-1600
Salary: £32,000 - £33,000 per annum per annum + enhanced earnings potential with overtime + Pension + 25 days holiday

Operating within a high speed manufacturing environment, we are looking to recruit Maintenance Engineers / Shift Engineers to join an expanding company and in return you will benefit from:- Fast paced/challenging environment, working within a well established company, supported working environment, training and development opportunities.


Role:-

Engineers will be required to respond quickly to all breakdowns as it is paramount to get the machine/production line back up and running as soon as possible whether it be a temporary fix or a full repair. Other than breakdowns, Engineers work to a planned preventative maintenance schedule, working through projects and carrying out building maintenance.

Upon joining the company, you will get the opportunity to commission new machines to the site which you will be responsible for. This is a great opportunity for you to fully familiarise yourself with the machine prior to carrying out maintenance.


Engineers must have the following to be considered:-

-Electrically Qualified (Time Served or City & Guilds or ONC or HNC)
-Experience working within a Manufacturing/FMCG environments
-Working with PLC controlled machines
-Career motivated
