Job Description:
We are currently seeking to recruit a Production / Quality / Line Leader within process manufacturing environment. This is on a contract basis with an immediate start.
Key Skills for Production / Quality / Line Leader
Managing a team and also heavily involved in creating, implementing a development / training program. To act as Mentor for the current key job holders in the manufacturing team.
Carrying out assessment within the factory, to include assessment of existing production team's competencies,and were applicable implement change by recruitment.
Looking at Performance targets, Analyse O.E.E.'s and set revised targets and measure accordingly.
Implementing new process and procedures, review material usage and advise yield performance and introduce targets.
Working towards improving effectiveness, this relates to continuous improvement to help deliver the strategic manufacturing plans.
Involved in Quality Assurance on a daily basis accredited to BRC standard, to ensure line Quality Assurance is delivered and recorded which includes Product Quality
