Position: Electrical Engineer / Senior Electrical Engineer
Skills: Project Management, Technical Support, High Voltage Power Supply, Electrical Safety, Rotational Equipment (Motors, Pumps, Generators), SHEQ, Electrical System Modelling
Location: Yorkshire, Surrey UK & Ireland
Salary: £40k to £45K, 25 days holiday, Bonus, Company Car, Mobile, Pension & Healthcare

A phenomenal opportunity to join a global oil and gas company has arisen; you will work within this established brand and will be given a unique opportunity to establish your position within their organisation as an Electrical Engineer in the Engineering Services Department.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and managing electrical high and low voltage distribution systems for all company locations in and around the UK and Ireland. Suitable candidates will need previous high and low voltage power supply experience and a detailed understanding of electrical safety requirements at work (SHEQ). A typical day will involve providing electrical reliability support, overcoming electrical issues to ensure there is limited downtime of the companies manufacturing sites, overseeing installation/modification projects and managing contractors to deliver projects and maintenance activities.

Requirements:
* Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification.
* Must have Electrical High & Low voltage experience
* Project management experience
* Problem solving approach to technical problems
* People management
* Excellent communication skills
* Willingness to travel in the UK & Ireland
* Experience of rotational equipment (Pumps, motors, generators)
* Ideally all applicants will hold a chartered engineer status
