Due to continual growth we now have an exciting opportunity for a QA Manager in the Lancashire area.
Currently in a managerial role you will be responsible for managing a team of quality auditors and to support the compliance of products to quality standards and HACCP principles.
The ideal candidate will have a quality or technical background ideally within a chilled food background and have extensive experience of hygiene, auditing and HACCP. Experience with British Retail Consortium is also essential as is short shelf life product experience.
The role requires someone who is very hands on as the role involves both managerial and shop floor responsibilities.
In return you will receive a package of £25-28K for a Monday to Friday role, plus 25 days holiday, contributory pension and sick pay scheme.
We are looking for a committed individual who is self-motivated, conscientious, flexible and versatile with good interpersonal skills.
