Controls & Instrumentation Technician/Renewable energy/M62/£35k

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Controls & Instrumentation Service Technician based commutable from the M62 corridor covering the North of England

THE ROLE

Your will be responsible for serving, fault finding and repair control & Instrumentation systems. This will include sensors, measuring equipment, PLC's, data communications equipment, SCADA systems and associated equipment. You will ensure all work is compleated on time, to a high standard and certify the work is carried out safely and efficiency. You will provide assistance to all technicians and provide 24/7 support to over 30 sites. You must continuously check and review all health & safety legislations are met and complies with the correct legislations

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have proven experience within a service role however static engineers will be considered. You must have experience within a controls & instrumentation environment maintaining PLC's and SCADA systems. The ideal candidate will come from a process related background e.g oil & gas, renewable energy etc.
