We have a LIVE permanent position for a Multi-national FMCG supplier and are recruiting NOW! A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy Production Team working on a fast paced manufacturing environment.
As Continuous Improvement Technician you will be required to look at the plant and the daily objectives and understand where the area's within the department need to be improved. Creating maximum impact on site is something required which could lead to massive opportunities with the organisation. This company is market leader who are experiencing growth.

As Continuous Improvements Technician you will be responsible for the following:
Checking Equipment
Continuous Improvements
Spot Training
Checking daily reports
Liaising with Production Engineers
Liaising with Maintenance Department
Candidates must have worked and have an understanding of the processes within a manufacturing environment.
Candidate knowledge required
Lean improvements/manufacturing techniques
Self motivated
'Can do attitude'
Good communicator
In return, for working a days shift pattern we are offering £22,000 - £24,000 including pension and profit related pay , life insurance and 25 days holiday
