We have an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Shift Supervisor / Lead Engineer / Team Leader / Senior Engineer to work within a successful and challenging Food environment
The successful Engineering Shift Supervisor / Lead Engineer / Team Leader / Senior Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager to work closely to maximise operational effectiveness and minimise downtime. Motivating, developing and leading a small team of engineers creating continuous improvement and efficiency, also to demonstrate a "hands on" approach providing support for all production activity to maintain machinery, planned maintenance measures, ensuring all Health & Safety guidelines are met and adhered to, also promoting all company values, policies and procedures in all aspects and areas of work.
The successful candidate will have an Engineering Apprenticeship, City & Guilds qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or an Electrical / Multi Skilled Engineer with Team Leader / Supervisory experience or a Senior Engineer looking for the next stage in their career to supervisory level.
