Job Description:
Leading and managing a team of engineers in a food manufacturing factory environment.
Co-coordinate and perform planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance responsibilities and reactive works investigations/repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including assignment of tasks to others.
Ensured health, safety and other statutory compliance appropriate to the role of Engineering Supervisor.
Liaise with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
Responsible for preparing and distributing reports in timely manner.
Responsible for managing, coordinating and directing activities of engineering department.
Responsible for various other duties related to engineering manager as needed
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum City and Guilds level II in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent, with a proven FMCG experience and excellent people management skills.
