I've worked in recruitment, specifically Engineering Recruitment, since I left school at the age of 18. I joined Jenrick (my second only employer) in 2002.
I really enjoy the variety and sense of satisfaction the job brings. I love every minute of it, both the job and the environment and we have a really great team atmosphere within Jenrick. I've made many friends since joining the company and being able to manage the recruitment process from start to finish is fantastic.

Over the past 7 years, I have built up long term relationships with many major organisations particularly within the Automotive and Aerospace sectors. My clients include; Johnson Controls, Denso Manufacturing, Meggitt Aerospace, Mettis Aerospace and Airfoil Technologies International.
All my clients comment on my thorough work approach, and excellent understanding of their technical requirements, providing them with only suitable candidates and thus reducing their time spent on the recruitment process.
It's a great feeling when clients come back to you with repeat business, as it shows they trust you to find them the right individuals for their organisation and confirms you are doing a good job!
I am really lucky to have grown up and live in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. I enjoy walking as a more energetic pastime, although, as you can see from my outfit I am a bit of a Formula 1 fan. I have followed Ferrari and Michael Schumacher for many years. However as he has now retired from the sport I’m finding myself cheering on our current British drivers, Lewis Hamilton who sneaked the F1 title in the last race of 2008 and Jenson Button who’s just won the first grand prix of 2009 for a brand new team. Hopefully, an exciting year lies ahead in all areas!!
