I joined Jenrick in February 2004 as the office administrator. Soon after, I expressed in one of my training and development reviews that I would really like to experience the consultancy side of the business, to see if my long-term career was more suited to this, and that was it – I was hooked!
I will happily admit that I now have much tougher days than I had when I was in administration, but I find the job satisfaction is so much more rewarding. There’s nothing that resembles receiving a call from a candidate after you’ve placed them, to tell you that the new job you found for them has changed their life!
My companion in my photo is Beau, my black Labrador pup. He??s my first dog and I love him to bits, he goes every where with me and is a big part of my life, I also have a cat called Stinky Mary but she is a bit camera shy!
