My main notable career achievement before joining Jenrick in 2005 was to completely refurbish, open and subsequently manage a Nightclub and Bar (with Jo Eley) who was one of the partners of the project). I was only 19, but it was easily the best experience I’d ever had.
After three years we all decided to return to something more ‘normal.’ That was when I interviewed at Jenrick.
I really appreciated the ‘ownership’ approach that Jenrick encouraged – you really feel a part of the business, not just an employee.
This particularly came across at the annual awards weekend we all go to – it so motivational to be a part of it and to cheer on everyone else in the company. I am pleased and proud to represent Jenrick and I’m looking forward to building my career here even further.
