Lead Quality Assurance Manager - July 2009

Background:

Leanne has recently recruited two permanent positions for a Food Company based in Scunthorpe, recruiting a Lead QA (Quality Assurance) Manager and Shift QA Manager for this client.

This was the first time the Scunthorpe Division of the company had worked with Jenrick Engineering.

Leanne was able to secure a week of exclusivity on the positions before they were given to other recruitment agencies, after Leanne had explained how Jenrick’s recruitment processes are very different to other agencies.

As part of Jenrick Engineering’s quality processes, Leanne conducted in-depth pre-interviews with all the candidates who were being submitted for interview to ensure they were exactly suited to the role and were fully prepared in terms of understanding the job specification and the company.

Consequently Leanne submitted her two best candidates after speaking to a number and only selecting those who were suitably qualified; one for each role, but with the confidence that they were highly suited for the positions.

As a result of Leanne’s thoroughness both candidates were offered the respective roles and accepted.

The entire process only took one month to execute, which included 1st and 2nd interviews and including notice periods.
