A well-recognised organisation whose main line of business consists of manufacturing and sales of food products operates in Japan, North America, Europe and Asia Pacific and employs 2,250 worldwide, based in Burtwood in the West Midlands.

The company urgently required a long term Maintenance Engineer contractor at very short notice, after they were let down by a former contractor. John Dicken, Jenrick’s Account Manager for the Client, was able to immediately suggest three qualified and appropriate Candidates to the client, all three were interviewed and one was offered and started work the very next day.

The reason John was able to provide ideal candidates so quickly was due to the extensive and exclusive contractor database that Jenrick possesses. This enabled John to rapidly access candidates of whom Jenrick already had established relationships with.

The Site Director was that impressed with the fast turn-around that he asked John to recruit for a Quality Controller contractor to support their team expansion. Again John qualified the CV’s and both candidates he submitted were interviewed and one was offered and accepted the position.

The Maintenance Engineer has since been asked to become a permanent member of staff, which he gladly accepted, and in addition has been promoted to Maintenance Manager, due to excellent performance levels he has shown since joining the company.
