I've been within recruitment since 2003, and always within Derby and the surrounding area, building up a great amount of experience within this time.
What immediately struck me about Jenrick (when I joined them in January 2008) is the ethos of the company - even though the company is relatively large and has several offices throughout the country, you really feel like an individual.
The company genuinely cares about your wellbeing and gives you all the support and guidance you need. It has been so refreshing (and very motivating) to work for a company like this.
Outside of work I really enjoy playing netball, playing as much as I can for a local team, called
Kelly Girls. We've got a really good team spirit within the club - and we get some pretty good results too!
