My first day in the Crick office was in February of 2007. Until then I’d worked on the other side of the fence – I was, and still am, a technical engineer specialising in Quality within the Automotive industry.
I knew that becoming a consultant would entail a huge learning curve, but I have to admit – I didn’t realise Jenrick was so thorough with how they recruit and how many new skills I needed to add to my armoury.
Speaking of armoury . . you’ll notice I am in my karate kit. My Dad is an instructor and he’s been teaching me since I was a nipper, and I’m very proud to have achieved a Black Belt in this particular martial art as well as reaching a high standard in several others.
