Sapa Profiles - August 2009

Background:

Russell Hibbert has recently placed a Maintenance Engineering Manager with Sapa Profiles in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

Sapa Profiles is the world's leading producer of extruded aluminium profiles. They are part of the Sapa Group – which develop, manufacture and market value added profiles, profile-based building systems and heat-exchanger strip in the lightweight material aluminium and is one of the world’s leading manufacturers.

This was Jenrick Engineering’s first placement with Sapa Profiles.

After visiting the client site to understand the company in more detail and gain an understanding of the company culture, Russell developed a strong and direct relationship with the Senior Management.

This knowledge enabled him to shortlist only the most relevant candidates, both in terms of experience, skills and soft skills, resulting in the submission of only 3 CVs. All 3 candidates were interviewed and one went for a 2nd interview, subsequently being offered the position.
