Camberley Branch Manager
I joined Jenrick back in 1993 within the company’s CPI division as a Trainee Consultant, working my way through the ranks to Senior Consultant.
Then in 2004 I was offered the opportunity to become Branch Manager at Camberley for our Engineering Division. A whole new industry and a new (and larger) team.
This opportunity summed up everything about the ethos of Jenrick – always encouraging progression from within the company and providing a ‘no limits’ environment (you can go as far as you wish to go). I think this is the reason why there is not another business of our size that could boast the same level of staff retention – I really think Jenrick is unique.
Before anyone asks, no – I’m not in the T.A.. I actually indulge in ‘Airsofting’ with my sons, which is basically paintballing, but with 6mm rubber bullets (which hurt a little more when they hit you)!
