Background:

This client is a manufacturer of long life and flavored milks, cheese and cream and is based in Devon.

Jenrick Engineering started working with this client in June 2008 with two permanent positions: a Maintenance Engineer and a Production Supervisor for the Engineering and Production Department.

Wesley Nichols (Account Manager) visited the site, meeting both his HR contact and also the Operations Manager to gain a full understanding of their recruitment process, specific skills, qualifications and experience they look for when recruiting. 

Using this information Wesley was able to shortlist candidates who had not only the experience and qualifications but also were able to match personal skills. Only the most suitable candidates were submitted and as a result the client interviewed all the Wesley’s candidates.

Due to the busy timetables of Wesley's contacts, Wesley provided his personal mobile number as an out of hours contact, to ensure they could reach him at all times. This was often necessary when arranging interviews, providing feedback on the CV’s and to debrief Wesley after the interviews.
