I joined Jenrick back in 1993 to start-up an Industrial division and have remained within technical recruitment ever since. Actually, by trade I am an Automotive Engineer, so I’ve been in this environment my entire working life.
I’ve worked for several notable agencies over the years, but Jenrick offers something different (both to customers and staff). It’s the closeness that stems from the business initially being run by a family. Even though the company is much larger now, the ethos has never changed.
I really like that we don’t have several layers of management, that you can knock on the door of any member of staff and just have a chat to them – no matter their position or division.
Yes, I am dressed all in rubber! Scuba is my passion and I’ve been a fully qualified dive-master since 2005. My favourite dive. . . . The Red Sea for the shear variety of marine life (including Hammerhead sharks).
