The role
We are seeking a talented, 360-degree recruiter to add to our established team.
Although recruitment experience within the Engineering sector is an advantage, it is not essential.
This role involves contract AND permanent recruitment.
This is predominantly a business development role, with typical duties consisting of the following:
- Generating new business via telephone calls to potential clients
- New and existing client visits
- Advertising of roles through use of Broadbean
- Filtering of applications and matching the best candidates
- Managing the interview process
- Business Partnering to both client and candidate
- Negotiation
- Account development of existing Clients
