Reliability Engineer - Sept 2010
Background
A company based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, had been searching for a Reliability Engineer to join their Chemical Manufacturing Company for some time. They had been unsuccessful due to the specialist nature of the role, coupled with the locality of the company.
Subsequently, Russell Hibbert, from Jenrick Engineering, began working with the company.
Due to Russell's extensive experience within this sector he understood why advertising was not being overly successful for the client and immediately changed the direction of the search to concentrate on the exclusive, engineering candidate databases which Jenrick Engineering has access to.
It was through these databases that Russell identified a highly suitable candidate, who attended a three stage interview process with the company and was subsequently offered the role.
This was the letter Russell received from the candidate, thanking him for all his efforts in securing his new role.
