The role
It is essential to understand that above all else, the primary function of this role is to generate new business – this is not an account management role.
Typical duties will consist of:
- Generating new business via telephone calls to potential clients
- Advertising of roles through use of Broadbean
- Filtering of applications and matching the best candidates
- Managing the candidate interview process
