I joined Jenrick Engineering March 2008 and prior to this I worked as an estate agent – I know, people never get bored of the jokes!
Actually, there are several similarities in the approach to estate agent work and recruitment, as both roles are orientated around matching people to situations – whether it is finding the right house for a person, or the right job. I really enjoyed this aspect of my previous career and I’m glad that I can still apply similar principles within recruitment.
What drew me to Jenrick immediately was the website – in particular the ‘meet the team’ section. It made Jenrick look welcoming and friendly.
My hobby, as you can see from the photo is working out at the gym. I go everyday (yes, it’s quite worrying really) and it is my pressure release, as well as an opportunity to switch off and recharge.
